Mr. Theologou, a founding Partner and Director of Law Firm Operations at Silverman Theologou, has been practicing law since 1999 with a focus on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights including commercial and consumer collections, and construction litigation. He oversees the firm’s daily operations and its post-judgment department.

He is an active member of both the Maryland State Bar Association and the DC Bar Association. Mr. Theologou is authorized to practice in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He earned his undergraduate degree Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and his juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law.
