As an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Maryland office, Ms. Billings advises credit union clients on a wide range of matters. Specifically, Ms. Billings works with our credit union clients on the negotiation, litigation, and resolution of commercial and consumer debt disputes and related issues. Ms. Billings is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Billings earned her Bachelor of Science in business management at Alabama A&M University. She earned her juris doctorate at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC.  While in law school, Ms. Billings served our credit union clients as a law clerk.  Prior to returning to Silverman Theologou as an Associate Attorney, Ms. Billings was a litigation attorney handling consumer financial services regulatory matters and government investigations.
