Mr. Stelmach is a Partner and Director of West Coast Operations at Silverman Theologou. Operating from our California office, he manages a variety of cases for our credit union and construction material supply clients. His expertise lies in negotiating and resolving consumer debt disputes, securing commercial debt and filing mechanic’s lien and payment bond claims. Mr. Stelmach is also skilled in guiding clients through bankruptcy matters and related issues.

Before his current role at Silverman Theologou as Of Counsel, Mr. Stelmach served as an associate attorney at Gordon & Gordon, APLC and The Law Offices of Shai Oved. His work was focused on business law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing both individual and commercial clients in a range of disputes and litigation matters across Los Angeles and California. His practice covered employment, real estate, civil rights and business law.

Additionally, Mr. Stelmach has experience clerking for the Hardcore Gang Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the no-fault litigation section of Levine & Blit LLP.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Jose State University and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. Mr. Stelmach is licensed to practice in California and Washington state courts as well as the US District Courts in the Central District of California. He is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association.
