Mr. Dowling, an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Maryland office, offers expert advice to credit union clients on a wide range of issues. He specializes in negotiating, litigating and resolving commercial and consumer debt disputes, among other related matters. He is authorized to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Columbia, SC. During his law studies, Mr. Dowling served as a judicial intern for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
