Donald C. Fontaine, Jr., Esq.

Mr. Fontaine specializes in credit union litigation and creditor’s rights. Prior to joining Silverman Theologou, Mr. Fontaine possessed over 20 years of experience in consumer finance, sales,  mortgage lending, and as debtor’s counsel in bankruptcy.

Mr. Fontaine is admitted to practice in all state bankruptcy and federal district courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is specially admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

While initially joining the firm in 200,  Mr. Fontaine subsequently moved to California. Upon returning to the DC area, he rejoined the firm in 2009. In 2019, Mr. Fontaine moved to Kentucky, but continues to maintain his relationship as Of Counsel to Silverman Theologou.

Mr. Fontaine earned his bachelor of science in finance from the University of Maryland and his juris doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
